Need your opinions

hi guys!
i am a new user here and want your opinion on my jaw and teeth.
i have been to two surgeons who both think that my case isnt that bad and
that i dont need surgery and my dentist also thinks so, actually i brought
the subject that i wasn't feeling comportable with my face for the second
time and she thoyght i was crazy, no way i am telling her that again.
the left side of my face is more dominent and it looks like i am smiling
all the time because my lips tend to the left.
i think i need MSDO and SARPE to expand both jaws and then bimax.
i would appriciate your opinions.

If I were you, I would do braces but not surgery.

i am already in braces(lingual). inside braces.
lower teeth is done...my orthodontist has removed the brackets. that is after braces in the lower jaw.
uper jaw is almost over. this is my jaws after alignment.
what do you guys think? would you get surgery done?...and if so what do you
think it should be. MSDO SARPE LEFORT I.

i think when you smile there's more empty room in the left and your lips higher in the right?? not sure since it's just a picture. Mhmm...your lower teeth, why the curve like that?

yes you are right, my right side(left in pic) the arch is naroww than the left side.
i think i need to expand my lower and upper jaws.
what do you think?
and my lips look like i am smiling all the time.
asymmetrical and the jaw bone too.

uzi366,sorry, i am not sure. But you need to make sure whether it's really a problem in jaw or it's just the way your lip smile ??

If you want to expand your upper jaw, then that means only the left side (right in the picture) expanded ?? (since the empty room is in left side). Maybe x-ray can help to determine whether it's the jaw problem.

Are you biting down in those pics because it looks like you've got a bit of crossbite and openbite. Can you post a pic with your lips closed, not smiling?

hi hers my 2ps worth,are you clenching your theeth in you piks? if you are you have a small open bite,
from the reserch iv done over the years it looks like TADS could sort your bite out without the need of lefort 1/2,if your not clenching your teeth in your piks i wouldent consider surgery and stick with braces,your teeth dont look too bad too me,i have a 10mm openbite with only the 2 molers at the back of my mouth touching,its not very often that a surgen will only doo a single lefort procedure,so id go for TADS althow it would be a longwinded process,its got to be better than lefort 2, good look

oh.. the problem is in the upper right one (left in the pic). Look at the molars..they go out from the rest and lower when you bite.

hi thows pics are better ,in my opinion you defferntatly dont want to be getting surgery , you teeth look great,you look like you have a great functual bite and a nice smile,the risks and problems involved with surgery would far out weigh a slightly better bite/smile,im 32 and have been putting off surgery for years due to the potential problems/risks,dont take this the rong way ,but if i had teeth like yours i probaly wouldent even have braces,good look merry christmas

i don't think you need surgery. your bites appears to be functional and you don't complain of any issues like speech impediment, tmj, eroded back teeth etc.
imo, undergoing cosmetic surgery is a retarded idea unless it is a serious issue. surgery isn't like making pancakes.
