Looking great! How sweet to get to share this journey together:-)
Re: Two Stories in One: Our His and Hers Matching Braces
This is what my honey's spring looks like, in case anyone's curious. I think it looks so neat! I swear it is the only out of place tooth in his whole mouth!
This curved wire/ss ties combo is reeeeaaaally making me feel the pressure, hallelujah! April 1st is my first braced dentist appt, then the 2nd is our next adjustment! I'm excited, as always! On adjustment days we both take the afternoon off work and have a date day while the little one is still at daycare. This time we're picking out each others' lig colors, I don't know what I'm going to pick for him yet, suggestions welcome! Oh goodness I'm such a nerd for this stuff, heehee.
Hope you all are well and thank you for the kind words!

What exactly is the spring supposed to do? I can't remember.

Re: Two Stories in One: Our His and Hers Matching Braces
It's supposed to spring open a space so to that unwired tooth can get wired it.
Re: Two Stories in One: Our His and Hers Matching Braces
So bad news, my phone died and I lost all my (somewhat obsessive) pictures of my teeth before and up to 1.5 months into braces.
But, good news, just did a collage of pics from 1.5 months to now, and I really think I see progress! Am I crazy or is that front tooth less "overlappy"?! Before now I thought I was making zero visible progress.... Wow, I think this calls for a glass of wine! Who's joining me from afar?

Thanks, D'arlin!!
Re: Two Stories in One: Our His and Hers Matching Braces
It's definitely getting into line! Woo!!

Re: Two Stories in One: Our His and Hers Matching Braces
Look at how the lig is pulled out in the first photo, and then how it lays more flat in the 3rd. Also the wire shape. Progress!
Re: Two Stories in One: Our His and Hers Matching Braces
YAY, glad I'm not the only one seeing it!
