I just got two lingual brackets and a power chain

Anyone else got two or more brackets and a power chain on the lingual side due to teeth not moving in the right direction? My tongue is pretty bruised :x Apparently the molars where going inwards, and not out, and I thought this lingual hook was a pain in the :soremouth:
