Unobservant Coworkers

#1 Post by amyhenna »

Okay, I just have to write this...what is wrong with my coworkers?? :?

This morning I went to get the rest of my braces put on, which are TITANIUM :rawk: and shinier than any of the car wheels I passed on the way to work (I compared) - and I work in the Motor City!!! So, like, that's pretty shiny, right?

PLUS, I went from clear ligs back to colored (even though it gives me a slight sore throat). I got gray on the top and a bright purply blue on the bottom.

And my coworkers asked to see my teeth when I got back, and after I smiled really big to show them all the glitz and glamour, said, "Oh...so not different." And I'm like, 'WHAT??? SO different!"

You would think their worlds do not revolve around my braces, but how can that be?

Not different! (shakes head)

Maybe you need to add a little bling -- like diamond chips and other gems mounted to the brackets. Amazing that they aren't more tuned in to your teeth. That's just not right. :gavel:

They need little LED lights that can be added to your braces. Flashing red and green over Christmas would be cool.

A kind of "Knight Rider" KITT LED strip would be awesome, too :)

I've passed this on to an EE I know quite well. I suspect the problem with this will be power source. In the mouth.
