I had both SARPE and OS and my surgeon told me that i would widen my sinuses. He also cleaned them up properly. He said did you had allergies ? Yeah I answered. Well you should be good for a while now they ( your sinuses ) are pretty cleaned up. Nice extra.

Found out last week that my surgeon will perform a 'Turbinectomy' at the same time as my bimax and genio - he reckons my breathing will definitely improve
