So guys not long before your surgery date! I've already started my count down of amazing dinners I must eat before surgery. Tonight was roast lamb with rosemary and garlic along with all the usual trimmings.
What are you guys filling up on, planning for your last meal?

I had a nice steak dinner and celebrated my 21 birthday with a wine cooler lol nothing crazy after all I am having surgery soon! The hospital called today to say they moved my surgery up an hour and a half!

Oh dude! early mornings suck, although better to get it over and done with!

only had my top jaw done and genio due to my bottom auto rotating. I have a morphine clicker and I'm not feeling too bad. I'm still in the intensive care unit.

I had mine last thursday the 31st of May. Feeling myself and ready to take on the world but the fact I still look like a hamster is frustrating me! It's all fine though and was the best thing I've ever done. I had lower jaw surgery for an overbite... Good luck with yours

I was discharged from the hospital this morning. surgery was about three hours. I immediately started eating chicken broth and jello afterwards. I've now included ensure. I'm doing a lot better than I thought I would at this point. here's a few pics. the last was my profile on the way to the hospital while I was caught off gaurd, yuck. the other two are from today. I think I look much different but so far I think it's a good difference.

thought I would show how I looked from the front pre surgery. I was pretty good at hiding my problem esp when I was always smiling and kept my hair down.
