What do you think is worse: MOLAR PAIN OR FRONT TOOTH PAIN?
Personally, molar tooth pain is way worse! Front teeth hurt, no big deal... molar hurts, it makes your whole face hurt! Like right now...... urg...

for me molar pain is worst because i can't eat. right now my upper molars are really sensitive because of the bands from my rpe appliance. it's hard to eat a hamburger with your front teeth . lol

For me, it has been more the front tooth pain. I think they have become the most loose of all of my teeth as they have moved.
I had major pain issues with a pre-molar in April. That was one of the most painful things I've had to endure. (I had 2 orthopedic surgeries last year so that is really saying something.) I know my ortho tech was extremely stressed when he had to make an adjustment when that tooth was in such a sorry state. He knew I was in such severe pain and anything he did was going to make it significantly worse. He couldn't get the bracket closed because I couldn't hold still with the pain. He even had me bite his finger to help me find relief some relief with that tooth while he was trying to close my bracket.

Molar pain is the worst! It makes my whole face ache and I can't chew... The front tooth pain sucks, but I can handle that much better than molar pain.

I hate front tooth pain because I have to cut up all my food to eat but molar pain is by far the worst. My entire face and/or jaw ache when those one's are on the move

For me, when I had the spacers, the bicuspids hurt the most! I couldn't even touch them! The pain for me would be: bicuspids>molars>front teeth such as the incisors and canines.

Front tooth pain sucks because you can't bite into your food. Molar pain sucks as well because you can't chew your food.. lol. They both suck, but I would have to say molar pain is the worse! With front tooth pain all you have to do is bite your food sideways or cut into small pieces. With molar pain it's impossible to eat because you can't eat food with just your front teeth hahah!
I'm over 2 years in with my braces. I'm hoping I get them off soon!

Both are quite unpleasant
but if I had to choose, I would say molar pain is worse because we use them to chew our food... ouch!
