Hey Everyone,
So I've had my linguals on (upper & lower) for 6 weeks, and today had my first adjustment. Basically they just tightened the existing wires in a couple of places, to allow more room for some overlapped/crowded teeth to eventually get some room to straighten out. Funnily enough, a mere few hours after this appointment, and I've already noticed some new spaces in between my teeth! Is this normal? I thought this would take some time to occur, but now my two upper front teeth have a tiny (albeit STILL a space!) between them. Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing in this time frame? Could the act of tightening up the wires actually create this spacing?
Any sharing of experiences/info would be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
