Congrats! I had a very similar issue when I had my ortho treatment. My top lateral incisor was horizontally impacted and I didn't even know I had a tooth up there until I went in for treatment. It was quite a journey and my orthodontist was about to give up after I broke the wire off not once but TWICE and had to go back to the oral surgeon two times to get it reattached. I was thrilled when I could finally start to see it emerging because I knew I would get to keep all my teeth, this after being told initially that it was no guarantee.

I just passed the six month mark in braces, and am thrilled at the progress of how a hidden incisor has steadily made its way forward, and thought I should share my pictures in the interest of others in a similar situation!

I have Damon Clear uppers and metal lowers.

that's awesome!!!
