just got them a few days ago, 3mm diastema hoping it closes fast! how long did it take for the gap to close?

Mine was about 5 mm. I got braced 1/24 and by my 8/15 appointment it was fully closed and in fact - overcorrected. Now we are "tipping" the right front tooth back out a bit.

I have a 1-2mm gap on the right side between my lateral and canine that will. not. close. It's been 3 months.
