I have been braced for 10 weeks now...I have lost 9 lbs so far.....

I have lost weight due to a more liquid diet and having to cut out things like pizza and burgers

I don't believe this , this is not possible can you proved it, i have lose weight by doing the regular exercise and regular 500 meter running at my home to highway .....Thanks..[url=http://www.eatfatlosefatreview.com/]eat fat lose fat[/url]

It'll be two weeks tomorrow, and I've already gone down one size. I was trying to eat healthier before the braces went on, so I suppose having them has just accelerated the weight loss process. It's probably due to all the reasons already mentioned - especially eating more slowly, snacking less, and difficulties caused by the molar buildups. :frogbraces:

I've lost about 6kg due to cutting out a lot of foods, eating a burger with a fork and knife just doesn't make sense to me. And no more eating chocolates as it gets stuck in the braces and looks disgusting...
