I had severe crowding and bimaxillary protrusion but I didnt pull any teeth during the first treatment. I'd heard so many horror stories about it changing your face shape, TMJ, etc. so the result was straight teeth but they stuck out so far and caused severe lip imcompetence. My first ortho said I needed jaw surgery, but fortunately I got a 2nd opinion and now that ortho Iis treating me for the protrusion with 4 extracted premolars and I think they're called TAD's lol (long story i know) haha
