Another update, today I was fitted with a thicker wire... and now the bottoms are fully activated. My Ortho said that in two more visits (12 weeks) the quad helix can be removed. This was great to hear!

... I forgot to get my ligs changed to silver, d'oh! I'll just try to steer clear from tumeric for the next few weeks.

As you can see we've not progressed as much this month up front, but the back top teeth feel SO much more level!! It's great to get a sense of how good my bite is going to be when I'm all done.
