90 Days Post-Surgery [update]

#1 Post by lissybear22 »

Hi everyone!
I was addicted to this forum prior to my surgery, and honestly, it helped me tremendously! So now that I am on the other side (of the surgery, at least.... the braces are still on), I thought I would give a brief update!

I am breathing so much better! I like my smile so much more. I have a chin, which is thrilling (I never had one before!) -- and the neck aches, jaw pain, head aches etc. are a think of the past.

And just for fun, let's look at this pre-braces, pre-surgery teeth -- and then compare to the post-surgery teeth, complete with braces! Beautiful, right?!

What a GREAT result, congratulations!!!

I hope your recovery goes well. How long do you still need to be in braces?

I'm not sure exactly; I am secretly hoping for a time around January - but I doubt it will be before then.

May I ask who your surgeon was and where you are located? I am looking for a GREAT MMA surgeon for sleep apnea.
