So in two weeks I am getting braces for the second time. (didn't wear my retainer). I had them for almost 3 years before. (It took a while to close my bite). I had x-rays done yesterday. Welcome! I've head your story from a lot of members here...second round because they didn't wear their retainer. So you're certainly not alone!
My 10 year old has braces along with me, sometimes we color coordinate. My two older teens have both completed treatment, And my husband had braces at the beginning of our marriage. It's nice when other people in the house know what you're going through. What kind are you getting?

We will both be getting metal on top and bottom. I'm looking forward to matching colors with my daughter.
