I am 34 going on 35 and I got them on when I was 32. These bad boys are coming off in 4 weeks. Woohooo!!!

Got mine a couple of days ago at age (almost) 47. I have a deep bite that's causing problems so I am pretty happy to have them on.

First time I was 13 years old. 4 extractions with fixed brace on bottom and removable wire on top. Teeth were ok but not perfect. Over the years as molars came in my teeth have become overcrowded and moved inwards. I had two veneers on front two to try to even them up and cover darkening of one but ended up looking worse. Have become totally self conscious of my teeth and don't like to smile open mouthed. So jealous of people with good teeth! Finally plucked up the courage to get them fixed at age 42 years. Really excited to see final result but can't quite believe I'll have to wait a year. I'll be 43!!

Going for round 1 at 19 years old, spacers in today braces in wednesday next week!!!

Just turned 41..1st time. Getting 2 baby canines extracted and 2 canine exposures - braces go on June 2, and exposures with chain on June 9th. Should have done this years ago, but was too scared!

I just recently got mine right before my 30th birthday. Oddly enough it was never suggested to my parents growing up. When I was an adult it was mentioned a few times due to overcrowding and my large overbite. Finally said let's do it with the support of my husband.
