Four full months! My tongue has started healing, which is amazing. Now, the only worry I have is that my front 6 teeth feel a bit tender and I honestly think they've moved a bit towards being more scrambled. This thingie pushes the molars backwards but also a residual force pushes the other teeth so I hope there isn't too much damage before this is removed. And a small update to the speed: 0.88mm a week :)

Good news everyone! [in the voice of Professor Farnsworth of course]
Last week ortho said that things are going really well and we should start thinking about removing the pendulum...So now I have a brace date! 5th october is the day, top and bottom, traditional braces. Now, what colours do I choose? :) :tingrin:
