I got my upper braces 6 months ago. My front incisors were heavily crooked but they've moved really fast and now they look almost perfect.
Last week I got one of the lower front incisors removed and yesterday I got my lower braces and lingual band put on; the band is hurting AF and I'm having a hard time eating solid foods.
In the next months, I might also get a miniscrew inserted to fix my messed up molars.
Anyway, I'm really happy about the progress I'm making and I think I could benefit from some weight loss!
