I saw a post on the Yahoo support group about how pineapple juice helped with swelling. I found this online and thought I would pass it along.

Well, there you go - thanks for posting that.

I've been eating pineapple a fair bit in the last few weeks, because they're in season and cheap. Also - I like them!
