OK, so it's been about 5 days since my adjustment. My teeth are really confused with this new hard as a rock archwire.
I can hear them--"no, go this way---no, that way---no,wait a minute, I'm lost!"
So, it's all over the place now and eating is completely different--like I have to try to find my bite. I really like the new placement of the much tougher elastics I have now. It's further back, and more comfortable--I mean if one has to have elastics...
So, with my mouth and teeth all out of whack, I have had to put wax EVERYWHERE!!...I have so much wax in my mouth that if it comes out when I'm sleeping, I'll probably choke to death. Since I can't even get the wax out most of the time without a pic, I'm not too worried.
It's hard for me to believe that I am only on the 2nd archwire--that they get tighter and stronger--

---I will just get used to this one, then here we go again.... the problem is, when I think I have finally seen some change, it turns out just to be wishful thinking! I mean, c'mon, there are people here that post that they just woke up one day and their teeth were straight...I need to have their ortho write my ortho a letter and attach a set of instructions!
